Data Consent and Privacy Notice

This consent form is for individuals who have expressed an interest in being enrolled in the Zion Christian Mission Centre Bible Course which run by New Heaven and New Earth UK (“NHNE”). In order to enrol you on the Course, we will need to collect certain information that helps us to identify you. 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, we can only collect and use your personal data for specific purposes only. NHNE is committed to complying with the GDPR with regard to processing your personal data. In order to process your enrolment and administer the Course, we will need to collect and use certain personal data about you. If you do not provide the personal data that is necessary for these purposes, we may not be able to enrol you on the Course. Where we rely on your consent for any specific use of your personal data, we will make this clear, and you are free to withdraw that consent at any time. The data for which we are requesting your consent will be used by us, NHNE. We will use the data you provide by registering and as shared with us throughout the course, including related photos and videos taken during the course, to register your details for our records – this enables us to keep track of all the individuals who enrol on the course, coordinate and administer our Bible studies; and manage the effectiveness of our teams who run the course.  We may share your data with Shincheonji Church of Jesus The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony - we work with them to prepare the Course and they may keep a record of students enrolled on the Course. Your data may also be shared with members of the Course team to enable them to understand more about you and to help you with your faith and general wellbeing throughout the duration of the Course.

International transfers

In some circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that your personal data remains protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws. These steps may include relying on adequacy regulations or putting in place appropriate safeguards, such as approved standard contractual clauses.


Data is deleted regularly after course completion or as necessary upon review. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you should contact info@nhne.org.uk.
